Transforming Minds Interventional Psychiatry, or TRIP, is the separate insurance-supported service line for SPRAVATO® treatment.

Insurance-supported
Insurance-supported review and treatment are handled through TRIP.
Two service lines, two payment models
SCP and TRIP are connected, but they do not use the same payment model. SCP does not bill insurance directly for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or BHRT. Those visits are self-pay.
TRIP handles insurance-supported SPRAVATO® care. That distinction is important when you contact the office: the right next step depends on the service you are seeking, not simply on whether you have insurance.
What the $300 initial evaluation includes
The initial psychiatric evaluation is a 60-minute, one-on-one appointment. It is designed to review your current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, medications, functioning, and goals so your provider can begin developing an individualized plan. The evaluation may be held virtually or in person when appropriate and available.
An evaluation does not guarantee a particular diagnosis or prescription. The purpose is to understand the full picture and recommend a clinically responsible next step.
Follow-up and BHRT fees
Follow-up needs are individualized, and the current fee should be confirmed when you schedule. We do not publish an unverified follow-up amount: contact us for the current medication-management follow-up fee, and the office will confirm it before booking.
BHRT evaluations through SCP are also self-pay. Contact us for the current BHRT evaluation fee. The amount will be confirmed before your appointment is booked.
